$89, waived with any approved repair. Same rate Monday through Sunday. No after-hours premium and no tier pricing.

Our core service area is Phoenix (north / Deer Valley / Desert Ridge / Moon Valley / North Central), Glendale, Peoria, and Scottsdale. If you're elsewhere in the Valley and want to ask, give us a call — we'll tell you if we can get a truck to you.

Are you licensed and insured?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Licensed in Arizona under AZ ROC 107333. Fully insured for residential plumbing work.

What if my water heater dies on a Sunday?

Accepted Answer

Same $89 service call rate. No weekend premium. Emergency after-hours service runs based on capacity — we get to as many as we can.

How fast can you get someone out here?

Accepted Answer

Same-day in most cases for the core service area during business hours. North Phoenix — where our shop is — typically inside a couple of hours.

Do you do tankless water heaters?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Rinnai and Navien install and service. We descale annually with the manufacturer-required process — Phoenix water destroys tankless heat exchangers without it. Annual descaling protects the warranty.

Question 7

Do you do whole-home re-pipes?

Accepted Answer

Yes. PEX-A is what we install. 2–4 day jobs, drywall patched, 25-year warranty. If you've had multiple slab leaks or your home has polybutylene supply lines (common in 1992–1998 builds), call us.
