Plumbing Services in the Valley
Drain clearing, water heaters, leak detection, re-pipes, and water treatment. Real diagnosis before we quote real work.
Drain Clearing
Slow drains and gurgles are early warnings. We snake, hydro-jet, or camera depending on what we find — we don't guess. Roots in the main line, grease in the kitchen branch, hair and soap in the shower stack — each gets a different tool.
If a snake fixes it, we use a snake. If we need the jetter or the camera, we tell you why before we pull it out of the truck.
Water Heater Service
Repair. Most common cause of no hot water is a tripped breaker, a bad heating element, a gas valve issue, or sediment buildup. We diagnose before quoting parts.
Replacement. Tank, tankless, electric, gas, heat pump — we install all of it. Phoenix hard water shortens water heater life by 3–5 years if you don't flush and check the anode rod annually. We size for your actual hot-water demand, not just square footage.
Tankless. Rinnai and Navien install. Annual descaling is required to keep the manufacturer warranty valid in Phoenix water — $200 call that protects a $3,500 unit.
Leak Detection & Re-Pipes
Slab leak detection. Acoustic and thermal-imaging equipment to find the leak before we open anything. We isolate the affected line, then decide whether spot-repair or partial re-route makes more sense than tearing up flooring.
Re-pipes. When you've had three slab leaks in three years, it's time. We re-pipe in PEX-A through attic and walls, drywall patched. 2–4 day jobs. PEX-A has a 25-year warranty and won't fail the same way copper does in Phoenix water.
Polybutylene. If your home is 1992–1998 vintage, check the manifold — polybutylene was used for about a decade and most homeowner insurance won't cover the damage anymore. Re-pipe is the only real fix.
Toilets, Fixtures, Water Treatment
Toilet repair. Constantly running is almost always a flapper, fill valve, or trip lever — $20 parts. Rocking or leaking at the base means a wax seal job. We tell you which one before quoting replacement.
Faucets and fixture cartridges. Moen, Delta, Kohler. Cartridge rebuilds beat fixture replacement on cost most of the time.
Water treatment. Phoenix water runs 250+ ppm hardness — that's hard. A whole-home softener fixes the scale eating your fixtures and the white spots on your shower glass. Point-of-use RO at the kitchen sink fixes taste and smell.
